We bought Abigail her first bike a few weeks ago. While looking for one we gave Sarah the opportunity to check out tricycles. Sadly, her little legs weren't long enough to reach the pedals. So, whenever we take Abigail out to ride her bike Sarah has to play spectator. Though, lately, whenever Abigail runs off to "take a break" Sarah runs with all her might towards the big girl bike to take a try. This past Monday morning Daddy gave her a hand.
I think she liked it. Maybe next year!

I was sure she was gonna wish she was a baller too.
It's so crazy how badly the Youngers want to be like their Big, isn't it?! :)
awww we have a little too that can't ride bikes like his siblings. He is usually content to ride his scooter while they bike around but sooner or later starts crying that he doesn't have a bike.
so we got him one of those bikes that doesn't have pedals for his third birthday. problem solved.
That's the predicament of the younger child. It takes forever for those legs to reach the pedals of their siblings' bikes. Cute pic.
Aw, so cute! It's hard being too little for things your big brother/sister do. :)
Such desperation for little siblings to keep up.
What a great pic!
Love the beauty of your blog design and the baby floating on the counter on the side!
lovely!
