Halloween

Abigail's first Halloween started with a pirate-themed birthday party for her friends from playgroup. Kids were free to dress as pirates or in any other costume. Abigail's great aunt gave her a cute Halloween outfit, so we paired it with a pirate bandana. Notice the braids, inspired by Captain Jack Sparrow...

Her Halloween ended with a party with her cousins. She experienced her first trick-or-treat outing. I was going to buy her a costume, but then I remembered the outfit one of our family friends got us. Abigail dressed up as a Virginia Tech cheerleader! Abigail's baby cousin dressed up as a bat and her older cousin dressed up as a robot.
